Location, comfortable accommodation, nice surroundings, clean, staff were accommodating in the Green Room and on reception, however the bar staff could be not so friendly and welcoming, not all were like this, just some.

Just our mattress in the main bedroom felt like it was quite old, springy but also hard if that makes sense? Otherwise everything was great.

Well looked after, every where was clean, the food was very good as were the staff, in particular Suzie on the reception desk, what a star lady.

The booking was not correct, but thanks to Suzie it got sorted, but we had to settle for a standard rather than the superior caravan booked a couple of minor issue with the standard of cleanliness of both caravans, little things like splash backs not cleaned, TV with kids hand prints still on the screen, cushion covers being stained.
