Location is perfect for us to meet our friend who lives in Selsey.

Was unable yo order food after 8 o'clock

Due to out of term time, it was quiet for our kids, caravan was clean and fully suitable for what we needed. Staff were really nice, helpful in all areas.. The children enjoyed using the pool as much as they could and staff were very nice around the pool, remembering us too. A very welcoming, enjoyable experience

After ordering food the first night, it all came out, pizza was great, overall the adult meals ordered were cold including the curry sause ( with the fish and chips), which i asked about. Obviously new staff said they didnt know but didnt offer to do anything about it. The Caravan we were in number 10 ( the last or first of a row of three) the wind was soo bad this became a safety issue, as we opened the door the wind took it from our hands flinging the door back towards the Caravan side with such force. The first day ( of he wind)our little girl open the door, thankfully she let go of the handle but it almost pulled her straight out the door and down the steps.I opened the door after returning one day and was pulled back down the steps with the force, grabing hold of the stair rail but my arm was caught behind the door as it flung backards, ( only bruising). For this reason we used the patio doors but this in turn made the lounge area floor dirtier that it would normally be. But still had to open the Caravan after locking it up and leaving for the day. We informed the staff who had never heard of this before, but I assume that is because of the wind direction. This did make it very dangerous. Two maintenence men arrived knocking at the caravan door as my sister opened it to answer one gentleman grabbed the door saying "oh shit "I've got it as it flung open, he was there to repair a shower which was not ours anyway, but maybe they can give you more info on how to avoid this in the future for further clients. The entertainment was advertised for times but we found this being cut short so the staff could close for 10pm. Example Majority rules advertised 9pm for 60mins, but was finished at 9.30 to allow for Karaoke. It was advertised as 1hr game and then 1 hr Karaoke but this was not as advertised.

Caravan was very clean and spacious , park facilities were also great , would definitely return, staff were very friendly , great weekend.

Came for the weekend definitely will be back agin for longer

The location was great. Our unit was very clean but basic.

We were next to the playground. Also, there was no outside seating, not even a deck to put a chair. Very basic.

All staff were excellent , they were very helpful,polite, very good product knowledge and very professional, they worked extremely hard. I've been to many holiday parks in my life. Never have I had such excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Alway a smile. The long hours they seem to be on duty and .maintain this level service , they are a credit to you company
