The location was a block away from the beach and they had a fire pit and they also had kitchen appliances

When we walked in we were immediately hit with the smell of constant weed from the other tenants and the walls are very thin and the bedrooms are smaller than they look

Location and quiet

The back was bare maybe a little patio to relax if someone is out front by fire pit the neighbors have no where to relax or maybe add chairs to front area

The location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. It was nice not having to go anyway to pick up and drop off the keys since the property had a keypad for entry.

This really wasn't an issue for us, but I will point out that what appears to be a screened in area is not actually screened in. Both doors to the screened area are missing and also there's a pretty big hole in one of the screens. Again, this didn't detract from our visit at all.

Die Ausstattung, fehlendes Inventar wie beispielsweise Besteck, Fernbedienung TV Rostige Elektroartikel Bad vor Bezug nicht angemessen gereinigt. Wohnküche wenig Tageslicht vorhanden.

Place felt a little run down and not taken care of

Location was great

There was mold in all the vents, the cabinet handles where covered in grease. The TV in the spare room was not usable. No cable, no Roku, and no antenna to connect the tv. The renter above us decided to have an all weekend party to celebrate his friend turning 21 and didn’t appear to care that we wanted to sleep. The police showed up multiple times to shut the parties down but the rental property management didn’t appear to care about the inconvenience it brought my family. If the party was one night, we could have been ok but it was multiple nights. The management company was notified. I was told there was a note on the account but I have yet to receive any form of assistance with the problem.
