Hotel Fiescherblick

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this immaculate, boutique hotel at quiet end of Grindelwald. Easy walk to the shops, restaurants and transportation. The view from the balcony of our loft room was stunning and the room was spacious enough for the 4 of us (21 year old, 14 year old, hubby and me). The sound of the church bells from across the street added to the charm (don’t worry… the bells don’t ring all night :). Room was a bit warm at night for our liking but leaving balcony window open and using hotel -provided fans cooled it down comfortably. Screens on balcony doors would help here. We had the alpine relaxation package and found the spa overlooking the mountains to be very peaceful. Room could use a few more hooks to hang/dry towels and robes. Breakfast had plenty of options including eggs, croissant, artisanal breads, cheese, fruit, and yogurt. Lars (one of the owners) is a truly remarkable host- accommodating, knowledgeable and personable. Andrew and Eva were standouts in helping with details of our reservation and activity planning. Do not hesitate to stay here if traveling to the Grindelwald area. Wonderful experience!

The Hotel Fiescherblick and its staff are AMAZING!! Mathias, Eva and Yana are simply the best!! From the first moment we walked in the door we were welcomed with open arms. Our room was breathtaking and I didn't want to leave. During our stay my boyfriend proposed to me and the staff was so cute about it. They were so happy for us and delivered us a bottle of champagne and the sweetest note. We are very lucky and have traveled to many places and our stay here was the 100 out of 10. The entire staff went out of their way in order to make our stay that much better, so many helpful tips on where to eat and where to hike! They truly made our experience in Grindelwald that much better. We will never forget the kindness of Mathias, Eva and Yana and we hope to visit again and bring our entire family back. We loved everything about the hotel. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Owner Lars and Matt were there helping us directly. The hotel is new and with beautiful modern interior. We loved it so much that we extended our stay for two nights

Un hotel con muy buen gusto en la decoración, recién renovado. La habitación amplia con una vista insuperable, muy bonita. Desayuno bueno y muy bien atendidos. En recepción hablan español y muy atentos. Tiene estacionamiento propio. Lo recomendamos !!

From the moment we made our reservation, their attention was very good. We traveled with family and they helped us find the best option to accommodate us. The hotel is very pretty, very clean and very well taken care of. The day we arrived, Mathias welcomed us and took the time to explain where each of the activities we wanted to do there. They also took care of buying all the tickets and passes we needed. Truly, 100% recommended. I would come back without thinking twice. An incredible place!

What a wonderful week we have had staying at the Fiescherblick. In the past we have stayed in Interlaken, but this time around with our little girl, we decided we would stay in Grindelwald. The team at Fiescherblick were so welcoming from the word go - from picking us up from the train station in a Land Rover defender (very cool!) to allowing us special morning access to the spa with our little girl (which she absolutely loved, splashing away in a jacuzzi in front of the snowy mountains!) - everything has felt relaxed and incredibly friendly. We have enjoyed our beautiful breakfasts; the best eggs Benedict ever - as well as looking out of our balcony onto the Swiss hills and mountains lodges behind our room. Mathias, Lars and Andrew couldn’t have done enough for us, and we are sure we will be returning for future holidays to this stunning modern family-friendly hotel.
