It had a Pool and was not far from the main road

I had a room that needed to go up two flights of stairs so getting the suitcase down was difficult. Moreover, I had to request for the cleaner and if I didn’t request it, they would not clean (something that happened once)

Ubicación bueno, céntrico, pero tranquilo. Fuimos al medio maratón de Cozumel y el hotel estaba a 2 cuadras del evento. Cama grande y cómodo. Habitación amplio.

Baño un poco pequeño. Todavía había una botella/spray de la limpieza en el baño (que seguro olvidaron). Faltaba un poco de mantenimiento al baño a los paredes.

The staff at Villas Sergovia were attentive and caring and took care of all my needs. The villa is beautiful and peaceful just like the staff and I enjoyed my stay immensely!

We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March.
