Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast cooked to order, close to large supermarket, short walk to town.

Hard bed, thin sheets, lock on door could easily be jimmied opened, curtain s didn’t close fully and with the garden lit at night it wasn’t fully dark in the room at night, inconsistent water pressure in shower.

The hotel was nice, pool was nice.

No hot water, the water was cool. I like a hot shower! Had to ask for a different coffee maker ours didn't work. Free breakfast had a very small selection.

Very authentic Mexican hotel. Clean room and nice courtyard. Staff was very nice and quite helpful. Conveniently located.

Bed was a little firm but that is just my personal preference. TV wouldn’t change channels but we just went to the store and bought a Roku so all was good.

Authentic Mexican charm. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The building was beautiful with open lobby, lush plants, swimming pool and Mexican decor. It is 3 short blocks to the Mega Soriano store and the main street in front of the ocean. We found wonderful restaurants within walking distance (less than 5 blocks) away. It was nice to be in a unique small hotel with welcoming staff.

Being an older quaint hotel, it wasn't modern. Don't expect modern. That is what we liked about it.

We loved the quaint atmosphere of the traditional Mexican Villa. It was close to restaurants and both large grocery stores. Breakfast was very nice. It is a lovely place. The staff was wonderful.

The shower wasn't good. Needs a new shower head. The water pressure wasn't great. The ceiling fan did not have a switch to turn it on. ?

Quiet colonial with everything you need. Just off the beaten track so you don't feel caught up in all the cruise ship crowd. Breakfast was made to order and fabulous. All the staff were very friendly. We will be back
