They rented us a car at a reasonable rate, provided breakfast, offered water, cleaned our room daily. Safe, kind staff.

The breakfast was amazing, always delicious and prompt. The ambience of the property is so charming and welcoming.

There could have been a place to hang clothes in the closet.

The breakfast was filling and well presented.

First room had loose doorknob, providing little security. Second room, Del Mar, was very nice with, a comfortable bed, wood cabinets and good lighting.

It was quiet and peaceful.

A little ways from the central plaza and ferry terminal.

Excellent building, architecture and location

They missed 2 out of the 3 breakfast, we had already paid for. Simply because the breakfast lady didnt show. And the breakfast we had was excellent. No lamps by the bed, and we ran out of toiletpaper with no employees to go to and ask for extra. With a little effort this could be 10 out of 10.

Great location, room was very clean and well equipped. Garden is beautiful. First breakfast we had here was very delicious. We came before check in time but room was already ready so we could enjoy more time there. We had scooter so they let us bring it to the garden and even helped to do it.

we stayed there 2 nights and second morning the person who had to cook breakfast didn't show up. Nobody communicated with us about it, didn't say if we need to wait or not, didn't even apologised for this mistake. So we left without breakfast which is not nice when you pay for that.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It was easy to rent a car also on short notice. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing.

Our first room smelled like harsh chemicals. The smell did not disappear after opening the windows. We requested a room change and where able to switch rooms after the first night.

I loved my stay here! The staff is very friendly and attentive. I am traveling alone and do not speak too much Spanish but that was not a problem as they have bilingual staff that are happy to help. The included breakfasts are a real treat, made to order by a fantastic cook. The pool area is clean and very inviting as well. I can definitely recommend and would stay here again!
