"Terrible experience"

Nothing to like about

Absolutely terrible experience. The rooms were filthy and smelled awful from the moment we arrived. The staff were extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and came across as very racist in the way they treated us, which made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. Any concerns we raised were ignored, and customer service was nonexistent. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and the hotel was nowhere near the standard advertised. Our experience was so bad that we had no choice but to check out three days early. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay here again.

"Amazing stay amazing host would definitely recommend"

Very clean and absolutely lovely host after a very long day and a rude host on another property myself and daughter had nowhere else to stay we got this place and we was very pleased would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone

There is nothing to dislike host so polite and helpful nothing was any trouble!

Clean, friendly welcome from the Host, good facilities, TV with loads of apps including Netflix, amazon prime, YouTube etc, Microwave, fridge, kettle and Clean towels in the room, plus Lots of Tea and Sugar for a cup of tea, comfy beds, Host went the extra mile and allowed me to check in early, highly recommend
