Hotelli oli kivalla paikalla ja siitä oli helppo kulkea kaikkialle. Huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Pieni miinus oli kadulta tuleva melu, mutta osasimme odottaa sitä, koska hotellin alapuolella on ravintola/baari. Yleisesti oikein mukava hotelli!

Hotellet er spøjst indrettet. Hotellet ved siden af har direkte syn ind i værelset og badeværelset, da enorme ovenlysvinduer, der ikke tillukkes nemt uden at mørklægge hele værelset. Flere ting på værelset virkede ikke, såsom køleskab, håndklædevarmer og til tider dørlåsen. Badeværelset var koldt og kunne ikke opvarmes. Generelt virkede rummet som om, at det var første gang det var beboet med op til flere fejl og mangler. Beskrivelsen var inklusiv badekåbe og andre fornøjelser, disse var ikke at finde på værelset. Hotellet har dog en fantastisk lokation lige i centrum.

I booked a room at this hotel because the photos clearly showed a bathtub — which was important to me. When I arrived, the room did not have a bathtub, and I was told it was "optional" — something never mentioned during booking. I ended up paying $55 USD extra at the front desk to upgrade and get the room I expected. The hotel manager was contacted twice during my stay but was unwilling to help or provide a solution. After my stay, I reported the issue to Radisson customer service. Over a month later, the hotel manager reached out and apologized, but without asking how I wanted to be compensated, he just sent me 20,000 Radisson Rewards points — without my consent or discussion. Since then, I’ve tried to contact him twice more, asking for a proper refund instead of points, and have not received a single reply. This entire situation was caused by misleading room descriptions, poor in-hotel support, and a lack of follow-through. Offering points instead of a real refund is not acceptable when the problem came from the hotel’s mistake. I expected better from a Radisson-branded property. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not return.

Absolutely amazing stay and brilliant service by Julia, both my wife and I along with her parents were very pleasantly surprised by the amazing and professional service provided by Julia. Overall great location and very interesting rooms.

The hotel was centrally located and some rooms had river views. The bathroom has a glass wall that can only be partially covered with a curtain. If you want intimacy in your shower, this may not be for you. There was a burning smell coming into the room through the air conditioning, maybe from the restaurant below? After a few nights it started to give me a headache. The cleaners left me little gifts for the days I didn't need cleaning. It was cute. :)

Late check in and staff were great. Only concern was the downstairs restaurant (Whiskey in the Jar) downstairs. Greeting staff rude and very unhelpful. They were trying to enforce a no phone no order regime and treated us older customers as a problem. Avoid eating here!

The stuff in the reception very unfriendly, refuse to help us parking arrengment, other than the hotel's extremely expensive parking.The room reminds a prison cell.

The door to the room is broken. The reception said we have to wait 2 days for the repair, and we are leaving in 1.5 days. They do not want to provide a substitute room. It's a tragedy.
