Radisson RED Gdansk

Very comfortable and efficient place to stay. Good experience for the first time in Gdansk!

Horrible! The pool pictures aren't from this hotel, but from another one 100m away. Walking 100m on the rain, wind and cold is the opposite of comfort. And even though the hotel is much more expensive than the others on the region, you still need to pay 90 PLN per person extra to use the pool/spa area for 1,5 hours. The elevator area smelled bad. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom had just a bathtub where it was impossible to take a shower standing. I would pick any other hotel over this one and won't ever again be staying at a Radisson hotel.

Absolutely love this hotel. Totally zero warm welcome functional check in experience but who cares, the room was absolutely stunning. Plenty of storage, ultra comfortable super-sized bed and a massive luxurious bathroom with separate toilet. It’s always nice to be anonymous in a hotel and this was the case here. No one cares who you are or where you’ve been. This is a low frills hotel with high rewards. I would very happily stay here again when next in Gdańsk. I wish all hotels were like this; here’s the key the room is upstairs! The thing is you will absolutely LOVE the room.

Pleasent hotel with great location, it is in the middle of Gdansk. If you are looking for great located hotel in the old city.

Finns inget gym som det står och receptionen kunde ej hjälpa med det. Entrén är sunkig och osar lukt från restaurangen. MEN rummen är helt fantastiska! SPA entré kostar drygt 240kr vilket var väl värt. Hotellfrukost 250kr, då är de billigare gå ut och äta. Perfekt läge!

Great location

Stylish property and excellent location.

This hotel is q typical inner city hotel much like the next one…on first appearance but …it is however attached to the Whiskey in the Jar bar and grill. The staff from the hotel are very helpful, friendly and speak excellent English. We got the bigger room which had a microwave and mini fridge and coffee making facilities. The room and bedding were spotlessly clean and the bathroom and shower were excellent…quality towels, air con and a great location in the heart of everything would deffo stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was located perfectly centrally. It was both close to the old town and attractions. It’s brand new and in spotless condition, and still has a character to it which adds a lot of charm. However, I must add the comfort was a big disadvantage although brand new. The beds were super hard, and as a woman it gave me pain in my hip from sleeping on the side. The pillows and covers were also uncomfortable. Both my boyfriend and I slept very badly. Because the hotel is so new perhaps a few things have gone unnoticed. The bathroom has only a bathtub, and it’s not possible to shower without holding the shower head. Not only did it make the bathroom soak in water, my boyfriend who is 1.88 struggled washing his hair - he almost slipped at one point. If you are looking for a hotel which is in good condition and located centrally, and don’t mind before-mentioned, this hotel is a great option. In total we would rate it 3.5/5, with great potential if comfort and practical aspects in the bathroom is addressed.
