The Thomas Hotel

I highly recommend the Thomas Hotel! I found the staff to be very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating! The location was perfect for me as I had business in the downtown area. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I was also impressed that they had developed relationships with the local restaurants and guests could order food without having to leave the hotel. I found the lobby area to be a great place for meetings. The Hotel was perfect for me and I will certainly stay here whenever I have business in Tyler!

Perfect boutique hotel in downtown Tyler, TX. Extremely welcoming staff (Nat in particular). The housekeeper tidied our room everyday and provided fresh water. Really nice atmosphere and impeccably clean. Easy and convenient parking. One recommendation would be to provide firmer pillows, but otherwise 10/10 experience.

The room was great. The staff was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. Only issue was the noise on the street, but there were earplugs provided and things got quiet before bed.

My wife and i checked in for a night away, it was perfect! Quiet, clean, and luxurious. We were so comfortable we almost slept through checkout time!

This is a beautifully restored building with spacious suites right in the middle of the town square. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful! Anytime we needed help, we called the main number and the staff solved our problem immediately. The Thomas Hotel has the best pillows I’ve ever slept on at a hotel! Such a lovely place to stay!

New hotel in Tyler recommended by a local caterer, did not disappoint. In an old office building in downtown on the courthouse square. The rooms were clean and very modern with a minimalist look. Restaurant's and bars in close walking distance to the hotel. Staff was attentive, prompt and helpful with an early check-in requests, but a feel they are learning as they go with a new hotel..no complaints by us!! Downside: No onsite parking, but plenty of offsite available. No elevators. No sound insulation in the walls, they DO provide ear plugs!! Upside: Good location Nice upscale boutique hotel Light breakfast offering. Small bar lounge Would definitely stay again should our travels take us to Tyler, give them a look!!

Stayed in Room 06 for one night. Very clean, peaceful and comfortable bed. Nice Nespresso coffee maker. Only downside was a small shower with low and in adjustable shower head Shower door does not seal water so expect to use towels to step on a saturated floor. Nice lobby with Happy Hour beverages & snacks. Would stay again.
