A beautiful and well managed property in downtown Tyler. Comfortable and convenient. We will definitely return.

Finally - Tyler has a great/upscale hotel - long over due. Boutique property, elegant, well thought out, great attention to detail… Room was spotless, comfortable and well appointed… Location is great - walking distance to several great local restaurants, bars… Yes the nightly room rate is slightly higher than the other chain hotels/motels in Tyler but it is definitely worth the extra money… Highly recommend.

Clean, new and felt very safe

Fabulous boutique hotel right on the square in Tyler! Beautiful decor and lovely staff. Keyless entry was very convenient. Nespresso coffee maker, complimentary cookies and Topo Chico was a really nice touch in the room. Enjoyed the complimentary morning coffee and muffins in the lobby.4 I travel with a portable iron, but there was no ironing board in the room. I'm sure if I had asked for one they would have. I just improvised! I will definitely stay there again when in town.

For the price per night we expected a few more “details”. 1. Always read the fine print with respect to cancelation policies. We were both sick days prior to our stay but because our money would not be refunded we went anyway…sick. 2. The keyless entry was confusing at first but ended up being ok. 3. We did not utilize the lobby cocktail area/perks, but looked nice. The morning coffee is awful, and the sugar selection was limited. The muffins were average but a nice touch. 4. The room was clean and beautiful. The bed, the linens, and pillows were awesome. Only one side of the bed had a side table. Anything is better than nothing. The sitting area did not have a TV. So if you wanted to watch TV you had to sit on the bed. The coffee table in front of the couch was round and not suitable for a “working table”. Would have preferred something rectangle. Only 2 hangers were available in the closets. When they cleaned our room, they failed to leave new toiletries. My robe (nice touch on the robes!) did not have a tie.

What a beautiful, well-appointed place to stay in downtown Tyler! Walkable to several great restaurants, & the room had everything you could ask for & more. The arrival goodies & lobby breakfast were wonderful extras & we slept great as well.

What a bright spot to stay! I’m from Austin and was in Tyler for business. The Thomas exceeded all my expectations. It is quaint, modern, and friendly. The room is spacious and seems to be something that could handle a full week’s stay. Cute little Mexican place next door is actually rather legit. Couldn’t reccomend this more.

Best place to stay in Tyler. So happy we happened upon this place. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly. They had a very “can do” attitude. We travel a lot and that seems to be going away, so it was extra special to see this. Rooms very quiet with thick glass. We stayed on second floor. Although, no elevator, the staff is quick to assist if needed. Room was new and fresh. We parked in front of hotel for convenience. Meter payment required 8-5 during weekdays, but this can be done easily through app as long as you know your meter number. I figured it out, so it was definitely easy. Restaurants within walking distance. Code is needed for entry to hotel, then to stairway, and the to room. Very secure. Internet was great and room had smart TV. Small bar was located on 1st floor. Only negative, wine was very expensive! But, we will stay here again on next visit to Tyler. Wonderful to stay at a clean new place with great service.
