Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating an atmosphere that was not only luxurious, but also incredibly magical and intimate for our family. It is rare to find a place that combines such elegance with a sense of warmth and personal connection, and your team achieved this beautifully. Each interaction, every gesture, and all the small touches made us feel special and at home. These are the kinds of experiences that stay with you long after you leave. "Home Away from Home"

I had such a great stay at The St. Regis Aspen and honestly can’t wait to come back and stay longer... What really stood out was the service—especially Jasmine and Jose at the front desk. They went above and beyond in a way that felt genuinely personal, not forced. They were warm, welcoming, and made everything feel easy from the moment I arrived. By the end of the stay, it really did feel like a home away from home. The valet team was also fantastic—super quick and efficient every time, which makes a big difference when you're coming and going in Aspen. I also loved how convenient everything was. The airport shuttle made travel seamless, and the spa was a highlight—especially the cold plunge, which was such a fun surprise and definitely a bonus experience. The pool area was beautiful and very well kept, perfect for relaxing. One of my favorite touches was the afternoon setup with s’mores and hot chocolate. It felt cozy and thoughtful, and really captured that end-of-winter, early-spring vibe. Even with spring around the corner, the hotel knows exactly how to keep that mountain magic alive! Overall, an amazing stay. Already looking forward to being back next year.

"Extremely disappointed for the amount of money we paid, we required at least 3 days compensation."

For the price it was horrible it wasn’t worth the money

The room was very congested outside was construction going on very noisy could not open the windows because because of dust. There was 2 times private party going on so we had no access to the outdoor area. We waisted half a day changed rooms,but still noice from construction. Also we were invested to a Marriott elite member party when we arrived it was cancelled. And we no notification.

"The good, the bad, and the ugly"

We were disappointed with our stay. Upon check-in, the front desk was not truthful about an upgrade, even after we mentioned that we are Platinum American Express and Marriott Bonvoy Platinum members. The restaurant experience was equally frustrating — the food was disappointing, and the service was extremely poor. While the staff was generally kind, it was clear they were poorly trained and unprepared to provide the level of service expected from this brand. Overall, it fell well below the standards we’ve come to expect from Marriott properties.

"An amazing stay for work"

An amazing stay… exactly what you expect from the St Regis Brand. The rooms are terrific - clean, spacious and and overall very comfortable. Bar and restaurant are also great. Food was consistently good and the bar service is solid. What makes it even better is the incredible team they have. Candela and Samantha in the bar are great. Friendly, great service and made us feel incredibly welcome. Charlotte at the front desk was super helpful answering questions about my bill and just overall info. If those three team members are representative of your whole staff - you’re doing it right. Great stay! See you next year.

"No Mountain View’s for us"

If you’re dreaming of clean air and beautiful Mountain Views reconsider The St Regis . There is construction across the street making it a view of a dump. It’s loud and dusty . St Regis said they were sorry but it’s like that for 2 years. Paying St Regis prices I would expect more. There are plenty of fabulous hotels in Aspen
