How beautiful the room was, the spa area was nice, I loved the European feel of everything

The hotel property is absolutely beautiful. You are overlooking the mountain if you have the right room and there’s a beautiful courtyard with flowers and hummingbirds no complaints. The prop is impeccable. The shuttle service guys are wonderful as well as the front desk. People are fabulous. The restaurant needs improvement as far as service is concernedslowest service ever wrong food comes out might take an hour and a half just eat breakfast unfortunately did not have time we had an appointment, but the breakfast took forever due to slow service

Our summer stay (August '24, 3 Nights) at The St. Regis Residences in Aspen, Colorado, was nothing short of extraordinary. We stayed in a luxurious three-bedroom residence that perfectly balanced comfort and elegance, offering stunning mountain views and top-of-the-line amenities. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service made us feel welcome and pampered, with Jocelyn, Jennifer, Matthew, and Conner providing personal attention that made our trip truly special. My three daughters absolutely loved the experience, from the cozy fireplaces to the free bicycles we used to explore Aspen. The central location allowed us to easily access the vibrant downtown, and the concierge team helped us arrange everything from hiking adventures to dining reservations. This trip was amazing in every way. The weather, scenery and things to do but especially the hotel. The staff was attentive, the food was delicious and the presentation beautiful. The rooms were beautifully appointed The bedding, bathroom amenities and turn down service was excellent. I highly recommend the St. Regis to everyone traveler.

This hotel is exceptional, and the only thing better than the accommodations is the people employed there. Service is unparalleled, from the front desk to valet to housekeeping. There are some nice choices in town, but I don’t think I’ll ever stay elsewhere.

The only thing I didn’t like that the people with DOGS are not responsible for their DOGS. The guests should leave their animals at home.
