Location, privacy (there's a lockable door for each capsule), secure personal locker, cleaniness, and bathroom with soap, shampoo and hair dryers (not sure if it belongs to the hotel, but they were there when I needed to dry my hair)

For some reason, I couldn't charge my phone. Not sure if it's because I had to use an adapter to change from USB-C to the old USB to be able to plug in. I could plug in but it didn't charge.

Good localisation.

Quite noisy. You can hear everything whenever someone is moving, opening the door of his capsule or the locker. during the night annoying.

I liked the capsule and the locker .

Too much spoiled foods left on the freig. The bathroom smells too but in general it was clean. Maybe a pipe issue.
