La struttura pareva abbandonata. Nessuna reception. La capsula per dormire aveva le lenzuola poco pulite con macchie. Appena ci si muoveva scricchiolava continuamente. L’insonorizzazione è totalmente assente e si sente tutto ciò che succede fuori e addirittura le macchine rumorose in strada. Anche la sicurezza non è stata efficace. La capsula è chiusa solo da un piccolo sistema di chiusura automático, ma si forza molto facilmente a mano. Il bagno in comune sembrava, come il resto della struttura, abbandonato. Era sporco e in una delle tre docce era stato strappato il dispencer per prodotti per doccia. Anche i wc erano sporchi.

Having a private room- or felt like a cosy cave! Also the staff were very helpful and friendly, allowing me to swap to a bottom pod and store my luggage securely after I checked out. They were also very responsive in all communications.

Was a bit noisy

Accommodation is in a great location. It is close to local attractions, food, shops, markets. Accommodation is cheap, but quality could be better.

Cleaning needs to be improved. There are cleaners to change bedding in the mornings, but by the time that I checked in around 5pm the bathrooms were in a terrible state. Things in the bathroom are broken and have not been fixed. Signs in other languages would be helpful for international guests. Eg. Signs showing evacuation or emergency procedures, and Rules. There are no staff members working on site. It is all self check-in. There were lots of guests that were having issues with entering the building and with the codes. You can only contact an admin person by text message, an only between certain hours. One guy waited over 40minutes for someone to respond to him with a code to get into his locker. There should be a staff member working for security reasons also. The laundry wasn’t meant to be used after 9pm, but some guests were doing their clothes at 11pm or 2am. On the final night I stayed there was a questionable male guest, who kept going to the female bathroom instead of the male bathroom.

The whole concept is pretty good, easy self check in with codes, the capsule ventilation, lights and lockers.

Bathroom was always dirty and smelly, no toiletries as mention in the website. The mattress was very thin, basically I slept in the wood. The kitchen was dirty as well.

Inside the capsule was okay. Space is fine.

I got a top capsule so it was hard to climb up and dangerous. Ladies bathroom was disgusting. No toilet papers. No soap in bathrooms/showers. Even no microwave in the kitchen. Very bad experience

The location was central.

There were no physical staff. For the amount of beds… there were only two showers in the female bathrooms (one was broken). The bathrooms were dirty. The beds were dirty. My locker was broken, and my pass didn’t work to open the doors.
