In the kitchen there no cutting board, paper towels, oven tray. In the bathroom there needs to be a toilet brush and air freshener. The exhaust fan was not strong enough to extract condenation out of bathroom - mouldy surfaces ( towels did not dry). Please provide Wi-Fi instruction as internet connection was very poor quality. Please specify key pickup and drop off prior to booking - long walk to collect it, especially when you have a luggage. More than one key is needed for a family group. Please provide washing machine instructions. Overall, cleanliness it is 6 out 10 (we expected 8 to 9).

Very spacious clean apartment also great location

Collection and drop off of keys. This was not mentioned pre booking and the booking would not have been made if I’d known if this is advance. In addition, the heater in the bedroom would bit work and a large pile of dirty towels and bedsheets were left in the bathroom presumably from the previous booking.

The apartment would be ready and the deposit returned on time. Very good place, you can walk everywhere and there are good restaurants around.

The collection and return of the key is quite far, one station by train. The apartment is at sidewalk level near the concert venue. Concerts are every day and end at midnight. Taxis and Ubers are waiting outside the apartment window with their engines running and often honking their horns. Sheets and towels were wrinkled and stained. A table and chairs for four people are missing.

Excellent location to a station.

Key pickup was a 30 minute round trip walk after a long day of traveling. No instructions on where to leave the keys so had the owner contact me afterwards. I was expected to leave them at the key pick up point. There was no soap, shampoo, paper towels and only 1 roll of toilet paper kept in the kitchen on our arrival. Only 3 towels for the 3 of us plus one kitchen towel.
