The toilet didn’t flush properly when we arrived ands stayed like that

Very clean and spacious,

I feel a better way of collecting and dropping keys off would work, we collected from spar and dropped off there however this was well out of the way.

It was a little bit of a hassle having to go somewhere else to pick up/drop the keys. But apart from that we absolutely loved our stay and would 100% stay again.

The appartment was nice, clean and cozy with all the blankets around.

A hairdryer was not provided.

Collecting and dropping off the keys from allocated collection point, this is not a short walk. luckily we were driving.

Pick up and return keys need to walk 40minutes.

Really nice apartment, clean, comfortable and a great and quiet location to walk to shops and restaurants. Exactly as described and seen on booking site. The host was friendly and communicated quickly and very helpful.

Getting the key from spar on Oxford road was a minor inconvenience, thankfully having a car was easier as without it's a good 15 minute walk and with bags would've been more difficult.
