City Centre Manchester 2 Bed Apartment

Spacious and nice ground floor apartment in a good location. We stayed during the week and it was quiet. Smallish car park very close by and no problems. Very good fish and chip shop just around the corner!

Smell of damp in the first bedroom. However, it wasn't the walls! A neatly folded WET towel had been placed on the bed cover. All of the other towels were damp. So we kept the heating rail on in the bathroom to dry them. The kitchen tap would not stop dripping. Are you on a water meter? The clothes rails are very cheap and flimsy and tilt to one side. As someone else said, the outer front door lock needs repairing. Could not get many channels on the TV. What is going on with the freezer?! Look at the photo.

It was clean and a convenient location

The TV didn't work and the agent knew this as he told me it had been reported previously but hadn't bothered to check it prior to us arriving The kitchen was ill equipped Although he did bring us some forks !

The apartment was ground floor, so easy access. The apartment was very clean & tidy. The bedrooms both hadadouble bed, which were very comfy.

It was close to a live music venue, that hadartists playing on both nights of our stay, so could hear thr music till 11pm. For the apartment it was just missing cutlery, which I expected a full set of considering it was self-catering.

Everything. The communication, the flat, and the location best.

There was no fan on property n ot was very warm so we had to buy one. Apart from that 10/10

The property could do with a deep clean, it was tidy but could be cleaner for the price. hand soap also a basic need plus bin bags
