A little hard to locate and couldn't check in until 5pm. Not a big issue, but a little unexpected.

The area is beautiful

Very unpleasant experience . The staff were unresponsive, there was a stream of COLD air coming in from a hatch in the ceiling, they didnt fix it , all 3 of us caught cold 🥶 .. they didnt even say sorry , let alone reimbursement.. also we had a problem with shower head but there was no one to answer us . Very disappointing.

Spacious and comfortable and offers washer drier. Good position near Fairmont. We only stayed for one night so can’t comment on the area.

Could do with more cooking utensils, fine for a snake meal but not enough for self catering.
