Fairmont Mountain View Villas

The kitchen was fully equipped. It was a quiet, clean place. Reasonably priced.

The unit was well equipped and we were able to make our meals there.

We were international travellers who only had data on our ph. Having to call for the directions to get in ( after I had twice emailed instructions for them to be emailed to us) was a problem. When we were able to use someone’s ph the number supplied didn’t have the long distance prefix. We finally got through but nobody answered. Fortunately we received a call back before we left the business we had borrowed the phone from. All this, and a long phone call, only to be emailed the directions anyway! Reading our request upon booking and then our follow up email to the property would have eliminated the stress of not having the ability to call them. The property is run by a larger accommodation group.

Great Place, very reasonably priced. Allowed us to check in earlier. Great location in the heart of Columbia valley.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

I liked the apartment's style, the kitchen, the bathroom, and the dining area. The view is amazing, the air is great. The communication was great, with e.mails and messages. The apartment has everything you need, when you are away from home. It was well stocked with cleaning supplies, personal and other. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful.

The stovetop needs attention.

Reasonable price. Good location. Easy parking. Air conditioner was great.

Internet/wifi didn't work. Appletree gave us the wrong password and network name and weren't helpful on the booking.com DM, nor on the phone help line. There were no tissues anywhere in the flat. There were inadequate cleaning supplies for dishes. Needs a few more cooking utensils -- they only had a spatula.
