"Very dirty room, good sized room, good location"

The location was good

The property was very dirty (floors not vacuumed, surfaces not clean, dust accumulated on ceiling fans, etc.) and the room itself was dated.

"Fun holiday in Fairmont and area"

Location is perfect. Close to horseback riding, zip lining, lakes and golf. The full kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to BBQ and cook meals to save some money. The beds were all comfy. Lots of parking available.

"Not a great stay and would not come back."

The room had more space than a standard hotel room

We stayed in Villa 3001B. We arrived late on a Wednesday evening. Found our room and got in no problem with the instructions given. After 8 hours of being on the road, we just wanted to shower and go to bed. That is when we discovered there was no hot water and it was just ice cold water. I called the number on our booking reservation (Appletree) and he said he would have someone sent over and have a look. After an hour, I called and asked what the situation is and was told there was no issues with the water tank and didn’t know and that everything looked fine. The next morning….still just cold water. I called the number again and was told that there was an issue with the hot water in the building and an email was sent to staff so he wasn’t sure why the evening staff told me he had sent someone and that it was fine. They offered a refund and upon my checking out, I still have yet to receive it. It was booked through booking.com and I spoke to booking.com and see a formal request was sent to the property by booking.com and it was ignored by the property. Three days, 27° weather, no hot water, no shower, no refund and a very expensive stay for what you get. Definitely do not recommend this place. I think next time we will stay in a hotel In Invemere. Hopefully better service and a better stay.

"We just used the suite for sleeping & showering. It had more than what we needed but we were unable"

We did not spend our days at the villas…. Just used it as a hotel. Commuted to Whitetail Lake. Did not use stove or dishwasher.

TV was a problem.. remote worked intermittently. We were on 2nd floor. Would have appreciated an elevator for getting luggage to our suite.
