If you want a serious good massage to heal your sore muscles ask for Robert. He’s been massaging me for years and the best I’ve ever had. You need this when you work out seriously.

Robert, the body scrub was absolutely fantastic —, truly a 10 out of 10 experience. The texture, scent, and results were all exceptional. My skin has never felt smoother or more refreshed. Highly recommend!

The Grand Resort And Spa The resort continues to remove amenities like happy hours while increasing rates and adding fees to include a resort fee and now charging to park your car. The pool furniture is falling apart and the room floors are filthy. They used to offer a nice hot breakfast and now that’s gone. I was recently made aware that ice machines are being removed and if you want ice you will need to request it at the front desk. I’ve recently tried out other properties and while smaller, they don’t have the high room rates or fees. The staff is warm and welcoming. It’s time to stop going to The Grand Resort after going for the past 12+ years about 3-4 times each year. Going forward I will patronize resorts that support LGBTQ+ guests without the feeling of being taken advantage of.

2nd time at the spa and I’m already looking forward to the next one. If you’re visiting The Grand Resort, do yourself a favor and book a massage with Robert. It’s not just a treatment; it’s an experience you’ll want to repeat again and again.

I have been going to this resort a few times a year for over 20 years. Over the past 4 years it was been going down hill fast. The staff are not personable, the place is run down, broken blinds in the room cobwebs. Peeling paint on stairways outside. The breakfast is poor , minimal, no yougart or hard boiled eggs, there is no fruit selection, just oranges, no more ice machines, no longer aloud to bring in outside alcohol. They no longer have free parking for guests. They now charge a resort fee. No more party on Saturday, where all the guests would get together and get to know each other, everyone looked forward to this. The kicker is with getting less the price went up more than double, paying more for less, and not having a wonderful time. Spoke to many other guests and all agreed. Unfortunately I gave it a shot the last 4 years, thinking it would get better and work itself out. Wrong. I would not recommend. I will never go back Unfortunately. So sad it was such a wonderful place.

I completely enjoyed my first trip traveling solo there I feel very comfortable. Everyone greeted me with kindness. *Sam the general manager, noticed I was traveling by myself and made sure to introduce me to people and made me even feel more welcomed. He’s an incredible asset to your company.!!!!
