Our parking is very limited with only 35 spaces and is on a first come, first served basis, charged at £10 per night. Cars must be registered at reception to avoid penalty notice. Modern, comfortable, and perfectly located. The breakfast service was top-notch and very delicious. A special shoutout to Maria at reception for being so helpful and professional. She is a true credit to the hotel team with her charismatic and efficient service. 10/10!

"Don't all go at once..."

I'm torn between writing a review for this fantastic hotel or keeping it a secret so it's available when I need it! I'm feeling generous: Best hotel in inverness! Purpose built (presumably for Marriott) contemporary 'International Style' hotel. Immaculately clean rooms and public areas. Appears to have been designed so the terrace, alongside the river, catches the sun. Wonderful staff, especially Kelly on reception, who is a local girl with invaluable local knowledge. Great breakfast and friendly hotel bar restaurant and an un-pushy check-out at midday as standard. There, I've said it!
