This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. "Bad but relatively good for the price."

First of all trying to pay the deposit was a hassle with payments not going through, tried to contact someone but phone rang out 3 times before I got an answer. When I got to the property there was one of these new technology keypads on the door to unlock which made alot of noise when you entered keys (not ideal if you're in and out all day or if you're back late at night). The room also smelled of cigarettes so had to open all of the windows Got settled in and found a bottle behind the chest of drawers which hadn't been thrown away. Had a cleaner access my room without knocking first to my surprise luckily I wasn't sleeping or in the shower. Left me with concerns that they were accessing my room whilst I'm out. Bed was really uncomfortable and you can feel the springs through the bed so had to lie on top of the quilt for comfort.

Didn't like having to pay a damage deposit sprung on me, after I had booked and paid. Place was cheap so wasn't expecting too much....that is what I got. Mattresses were awful and downstairs communal toilet was disgusting. Good kitchen and cooking facilities.

"Overall good experience. "

It was good experience overall, nice, clean good size room, comfortable bed and pillows. Person who checks the room helped me to find way to main door and my room, helped me with code to doors. Only on first night I had issue with noise from banging doors, even I had earplugs. Also no soap in bath. Just waiting for my 50 pounds to be returned for security deposit.

"Nice room, issues with entrance codes "

Nice big room. Long nice strawl to the city centre. Recommend to walk by the river! 😍 Pub(s) near by and groceries. However, big issues with being cleared to check in! Because there are no staff at site, codes have to be punched by the doors at the main entrance and your room. A good thing by itself, but they have to work! I had to get an employee to come by car to the place to help me, when the links from the management didn't work all the way through. Nice guy, by the way. Thanks! He also had to help me add my picture for id security on the internet and pay the £50 deposit because of the not working links. After one night at the place the main door code was changed and I was not texted about this. Didn't get back in. Another employee came by car to my assistance, as I was given the wrong new code by management on the phone. Thanks to you too! To top my 3 day stay off, management/the office rang me up 1 day too soon and claimed I was supposed to leave that day. I told them I had paid for yet another night to begin with. But as I said before all these exciting experiences took place, the room was really nice! 😂👍

The property was nice and clean with good facilities, it has a communal kitchen and parking. There were x2 significant issues that really let the Property down for us. 1. The mattress was probably the worst I’ve ever slept on, the springs digging into my back was actually painful. I had to go out and buy a duvet to act as a mattress protector which improved it. Disappointingly, other reviewers mention this but it has not been actioned. 2. The room was so cold, heat wasn’t coming out of the radiator. Luckily there was a little electric heater but I also had to buy myself a hot water bottle. Another issue was there were only enough tea / coffee / UHT milk for x1 day. We stayed x4 so went without. They also phoned me to ask if they could come in to do electric testing, I wasn’t keen on this either having our room disturbed.

The cost is low, but we wasted hours due to buggy software for the security deposit. The next day, the heat suddenly went on full blast, in July. Hours wasted until the maintenance man shut it down. Make certain that you fully understand the two door codes for building entry and room entry. There is no staff on the premises.
