The hotel is close to the railway station, the bus station, the cathedral and the mall. Staff are friendly, room is spacious and clean (a big thank you to the staff for the free upgrade upon arrival) and breakfast is very nice.

Excellent location in the city centre. Reception staff very professional and greeted with a smile. Rooms exceptionally clean. Modern decor. Spacious rooms. Plenty tea and coffee unlike other hotels.

Could do with a shelf in shower to put shower gel and sponge on instead of having to reach down to the floor. USB socket would be useful. Just my personal preference .
