"Best in the West"

It was a very clean spashus room with good facilities and an excellent reception.

Only issue was the floating toilet in the bathroom felt like it was going to snap off the wall when you sit on it we just used the public one down stairs when sitting was 100% needed

Easy to book and find and very convenient location right in the centre. Check in was easy and the room was very clean, warm and comfortable.

Traffic noise was quite loud but to be expected given the location

"The Worst Experience Ever"

Whoever is reading this, please don’t stay here. You might get lucky and have an okay experience, but this place is like a ticking time bomb - you never know when it will go wrong. My family had one of the worst experiences ever a while ago. The staff showed no respect for their privacy, added hidden charges, and were extremely rude. They even demanded details about their personal itinerary and acted aggressively throughout the stay. It was a nightmare. Keep in mind: Best Western hotels are individually owned, so if something goes wrong, there’s no real authority to hold them accountable. We tried escalating the issue to Best Western headquarters; while they apologised, they admitted they had no control over this branch (I attached their reply below). All you can do is complain to the so-called “management team,” but they are the same people sitting at the reception - utterly unprofessional. Be very careful before booking.
