It was absolutely awful People living in it Wires hanging out of walls Told us we had share a house with strangers when we booked the whole house

No hot water no access to back gdn. Smoke alarms 2 of 3 were faulty bathroom door downstairs broken sofa beds rotten no tv unless own Internet

The location is good to get into Manchester City centre

Smoke alarm battery low and bleeped all weekend, dirty cutlery and cups, door handle in bedroom came off, holes in the wall in single bedroom, not very clean, shower doesn’t work properly and goes from boiling hot to freezing cold, hot and cold taps on opposite side, lack of mirrors, nothing to cook with in kitchen, oven was filthy and towels are all hand towels, so not fit for showering

It was a 15 min walk to The Lowry and Media City where we were working

House is not luxury as advertised. Property wasn't clean at all with mould on the ceiling of the stairs, bad smelling downstairs toilet, filthy floors and kitchen. Drawers falling apart, many lights don't work including main and lamps. Very loud noise whenever hot water is used either in the kitchen sink or bathroom sink and shower. Handles broken off the windows so unusable. Host didn't respond to any communication or problems to help make our stay better. Also refused to compensate the cleaning fee, even when it had barely been cleaned or hoovered.

Very modern and spacious, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed

It wasn't clear that there was another payment to make as a deposit to get the key. Which has now still not been returned after nearly a week

The second room with two single beds was so uncomfortable and the first impressions weren't great regarding over flowing bins

It’s right by the tram station, it’s a good size, bathroom and toilet facilities were good and beds were comfy.

It had dirty cooking facilities that one of the lads had to clean for two hours before even think about doing breakfast. Outside was filthy with old fag ends. Bins were full in the driveway.
