Hotel Grand One Plaza

El Señor Omar de la terreza muy buen servicio k da ybeatava muy al pendiente atendiendo a todos los clientes un aplauso para Omar. Y el servicio de limpiesa se les olvido ayer limpiar el cuarto donde me hospede y domde eatanvan mis familiares pero el hotel esta bien

There was no iron and hangers avalable in the little closet.

Isaac was a cool front desk associate, switched rooms because mine had a little smell to it due to my neighbors. He also told me all the good spots to eat. Great and safe location next to everything.

No parking available for hotel guests, we had to park at a 3rd party parking lot (yes, we had to pay). Construction going on outside so it looks like the street is closed and its noisy. We got to our room and there were no towels in our room so we had to ask for them. The shower door did not close so water came out and also didnt have a bath mat so we had to use a towel for the floor. The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbor through the walls.

All was very good !! Nice service and Cleaning place hotel the problem was on the street of the hotel road was fixiing other then that was very good place
