Hotel Grand One Plaza

The hotel was walking distance to the gym, which I used daily and shuttle buses to go to the beaches close to the hotel were readily available. Food at many restaurants was quite good in the area and the hotel was quiet at night-i usually went to bed before 10 pm and the hotel was quiet .Staff are quite nice and speak English and Spanish.

I would suggest a safe be put in the room to secure valuables, etc.

The room was much smaller than expected. The photos were not an accurate representation of the room. It was also very noisy. I do not recommend it.

Club near by. Heard music all night until 7am

The area surrounding the hotel is very sketchy but the hotel itself is very clean. I did not the elevator is very small. The rooms were very spacious

Very clean but noisy. Doors close loudly and echo. I could hear people talking and laughing in the interior of the building till late hours. Then there was some hammering in the morning. For the price it’s hard to complain but if you’re noise sensitive, I would choose somewhere else for now. Perhaps as they continue to do work on the hotel, it will get better. First place to start is figuring out how to quiet the doors when they close. By the way, the front desk staff were nice and efficient. No complaints there.

There was construction all around. Parking was a mess and there was no easy accessibility to my vehicle. Sheets were dirty and with holes.
