"Lacks attention to details "

It was fine for one night. However the condition of the appliances was unacceptable. Half peeled stickers still on showers, doors and windows. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Hair found in ice bucket. Water took a long time to get hot. Bed was very comfy however.

They housekeeping staff was very nice

we didn’t have hot water for showers, the breakfast was a small apple, mini granola bar and a bottle water. We reserved a room with breakfast thinking it actually meant a breakfast. When we asked night desk for an extra pillow and some toilet paper, he said we would have to wait till morning to get it. we had to go to store to get a roll of paper for the evening. Unacceptable!

Everything is good with my stay.

The sheet and pill case had big brown stains on them I was shock when I saw it. I love the room only that I didn't like

The staff was not helpful and there breakfast was a joke in the am was in a paper bag… no cereal or waffles
