Days Inn by Wyndham Bronx NYC

For one my car got broken into right outside the property and second the staff was so disrespectful and heartless when I tried to get back something that I left behind in my room the day I checked out. Their room service lady cleaned my room after I checked out of hotel and I’m almost certain she stole my personal item. When trying to get some answers I was disrespected and had to even end up calling the police to get some answers about my item going missing. I would never stay here again this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life

The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice & the room was quiet the first Day I was there.

When I arrived I wasn’t greeted, I had to ask questions in regards to the breakfast which turns out to be a water bottle, granola bar, an apple & a miniature muffin in a brown bag. When I arrived to my room the floor was super sticky, the bathroom floor was not clean & desk were a little dirty. The second day me & my spouse stepped out & when we came back we were locked out of our room. I had to go downstairs to reception & tell them what was going on which I think was really ridiculous.
