Beds could be better.

Basically everything what’s very nice. Clean. New. And staff was very nice and helpful

Can’t say that anything was not like able. Only thing that I could nip pick is no roof to pull under and get out the luggage when checking in it was raining. But that was nothing. Excellent hotel. Will be back

The location was perfect for our plans including Top Golf, Aquarium and Camp Jordan.

My family and I recently stayed at the Element for several days, and as longtime guests of many Marriott brands, this was our first experience with the Element brand. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. **Pros:** The hotel felt very fresh, modern, and exceptionally clean. Our Queen Suite was comfortable and exactly what we needed for our family stay. The overall staff was extremely friendly, especially the morning front desk receptionist and both the barwoman and barman working in the evenings during our stay. We ordered several salads and pizzas from the hotel, and everything was delicious. The drinks were also excellent. One of the biggest surprises was the complimentary made-to-order breakfast the next morning. We have never stayed at a Marriott-branded hotel where a chef prepared fresh breakfast items to order, and the food was shockingly tasty. The breakfast staff were warm and welcoming as well. (One small suggestion: covering the meats on the serving pans would help keep them warmer.) We also loved the evening tea service and the relaxing back patio area, which added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. **Cons:** Currently, there is no parking available due to construction happening in front of the hotel. This is clearly temporary and not the hotel’s fault, but it is something guests should be aware of. The biggest disappointment during our stay was the evening front desk receptionist when we first checked in. It took nearly two minutes for her to acknowledge that I was standing in front of her while she appeared to be making some kind of video, which honestly felt awkward and unprofessional. Once she finally noticed me, there was no apology. She completed the check-in process while sitting down and eating food, and when she handed over the room keys, I had to lean over the counter to retrieve them myself. Unfortunately, this first impression did not reflect the level of professionalism we experienced from the rest of the staff throughout our stay. Despite that experience, we would absolutely consider staying at this hotel again because of the beautiful, like-new amenities and the excellent service we received from the majority of the team. Very nice hotel, nice decor, large lobby and bar. Breakfast was very good with a espresso machine, yogurt bar, and made to order eggs (we had omelets). Room was large with lots of seating, good storage, and a full kitchen. Pool was small, but looked clean, outdoor seating area with grills.

Room far exceed my expectations. Breakfast was exceptional.
