My partner and I spend almost every weekend at hotels, and our recent stay at the Grand Hyatt was easily one of the best we've had in the past three years. It didn't feel like a standard corporate hotel; the experience felt incredibly personal from start to finish. Things started off great at check-in. The staff member knew we were arriving an hour early, had our room ready, and even upgraded us to a higher floor. My partner loved the glasses our welcome drinks were served in so much that we actually tracked down a similar set for our home. The room itself had a really unique and practical layout. You don't see the bed right from the entrance, and it doesn't feel like you are entering a tunnel! Instead of multiple, monolithic spaces, the washroom, luggage space, changing space, and sleeping area are separated in a way that lets the room breathe. Each room has an extra compartment door outside the main area, which I haven't seen anywhere else. It completely blocked out the hallway noise. It’s nice to see a property value total privacy and quiet over just trying to maximize square footage. The room tech was a nice touch - a 55 inch smart TV, and a zero-touch smart toilet seat that was such a cool surprise I've actually been telling people about it. What really set this stay apart, though, was the staff. Every person we talked to was genuinely engaged. When our TV wouldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, the guy stocking our minibar noticed, looked genuinely surprised, and had an engineer up there instantly. At the Italian restaurant, our server didn't just bring our food; he recommended great drinks to go with our wood-fired pizza and knew exactly when to check in without interrupting our conversation. Even the check-out process was seamless. We ended up leaving 30 minutes later than our check-out but never felt rushed. On our way out, we had a great chat with the manager, who suggested the best days to book for our next short trip and about the views from the room at night. We grabbed a quick shake and smoothie from the parlour before leaving - I recommend the Honey Nut smoothie. The blueberry strawberry shake was a little too sweet for us. My only regret is that we were running late in the morning and only had 20 minutes for the breakfast buffet. We will definitely be back.

Nice property well maintained

Had an amazing experience. We keep coming here amd Anil kumar and rohtash in fitness centre is very friendly and taught my daughter how to swim. Food is good. Staycation in Grand hyatt is always lovely ☺️

Had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon. The location is perfect—very close to the office, which made commuting extremely convenient. The food was excellent with great variety and quality. A special thanks to Vivek and the team for their warm hospitality. Also appreciate Chef Vneet for the amazing food and Raul Raj from the sales team for ensuring everything was well arranged. They all made the stay very comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.
