I wanted to share my heartfelt appreciation for the amazing culinary experience during my stay. The spicy mint chutney served with the dosa was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had — incredibly flavorful and unforgettable. A special mention to Chef Ajit, who is truly an exceptional South Indian chef. The dosa paired with the prawn and egg curry was absolutely delicious and full of authentic taste. These three days at Grand Hyatt have been some of the most memorable, and a big part of that memory is the food — especially the curry leaves chutney, which was simply outstanding.
