The newly opened five-star hotel on Golf Course Road in Gurgaon is excellent in terms of facilities and overall quality — truly worthy of the Grand Hyatt brand. The warm hospitality of the staff and their flexible customer service were also very much appreciated. The adjacent high-end retail shopping street, Romeo Lane, was also surprisingly impressive.

Everything was great overall, but the swimming pool seemed to be designed more as part of the scenery. It didn’t really seem suitable either for actual swimming or for kids to play in. One additional inconvenience was that the jacuzzi in the sauna area was under construction and unavailable for use.
