"Nice location but the rooms feel old and run down!"

The location was good

The property is only 3 years old but the rooms are already dilapidated. The bedsheet was torn. The towels not so clean. The drawer fell out and they spent sometime fixing it. It’s not a 5 star category at all. The bath area is poorly designed and marble chipping off from the corners. I was quite surprised to see a new Hyatt property so run down.
