A poorly managed property with staff not properly trained and service not up to expected standards. Our room was small and oddly impractical. Second time there, we won't be back.

Nice hotel in South Central Jakarta. Roof top bar and restaurant with good food and drinks. A bit vibrant with guests not only staying at the hotel. All in all a good stay.

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster. After arriving in Jakarta on a flight that landed at 7 am, exhausted and sleep-deprived, we reached the hotel at 10 am and requested an early check-in around 12 or 1 pm. Instead of accommodating our request, we were ignored and left waiting in the lobby for four hours, only to be allowed into our room just ten minutes before the standard 2 pm check-in time. If the hotel was fully booked, it would make sense that rooms couldn’t be prepared faster. However, when we finally got into our room, it was clear that it had only been superficially cleaned. The towels were dirty but neatly folded to give the impression they were fresh, and the bed sheets were full of stains. A quick tip: if bed sheets don’t show clean folds, there's a high chance they haven’t been changed. Calling housekeeping took another 30 minutes, and even then, the staff showed no understanding of the issue, offering no apology and appearing to expect us to change the sheets ourselves. The pinnacle of this appalling service came when we needed to extend our stay by one day. At check-in, we were told the hotel was fully booked and that we would have to downgrade our room type to extend our stay, to which we reluctantly agreed. But on the day of check-out, they called us at 9:30 am to inquire whether we wanted to extend our stay, despite check-out being at 12 noon. Who, in their right mind, calls guests at 9:30 am to confirm an extension or check-out when they’ve already claimed they’re fully booked? Early check-out seems acceptable to this establishment, but early check-in is not. It’s baffling how this hotel has earned its four-star rating, as their service is non-existent. The room was exceptionally small, and I would not recommend this hotel to any couple. Avoid at all costs; this place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.
