great location

the sheets were full of stains. there was this one time the new changed sheet wasn’t properly dried, it was damp.

+ great location + nice interior design + even when we do not have views, there are still greeneries outside of the window. Calming.

- the bathroom is quite dark, not ideal for doing make up - there is a hood in the room, thought it supposed to have a cooking hob also. Instead, there is a hole below the hood. Would be nice if the hob is there. - the breakfast main course menu is underwhelming. The buffet side dishes are much more interesting with many local snacks and selections.

Very nice hotel, clen with good stuff.

NEVER COME BACK! Booked this property for 2 nights but only stay 1 night. The day we arrived was late like 10 pm. We just want nice simple standard hotel, and we wish to sleep in clean bed the least we expect. But the hotel failed to provide that. We found lots of stains on our bedsheets, dusk and hairs. We ask to changes to other room and even we ask for upgrades if there’s better room as we don’t mind to pay extra money. But there’s no available. Only same type of room and yet SO DIRTY AND so much STAINS. Some of stains like blood of something which ofc u won’t even want to sleep on it. This is basic sanitary hygiene for hotel and however they failed to do provide this. Even after changing to another bedsheet that they claim “the newer” still coming with lots stains. Some more we found the complimentary product are worn, and they just being there not getting replaced. Few days after early check out I’m Asking for refund only after some days we checked out and they reply it’s NOT POSSIBLE as I booked through booking.com with no refundable, while I’m contacting booking.com and they mention for certain situations the property can make an exception. This property has no good will to deal with customer. I’m reporting this business to local Indonesian business authorities as it’s failed to provide basic hygiene standards to customers. What a shame!
