Room was fantastic, staff is great, food and beverage service is wonderful. It was enjoyable stat and we will come back.

Every thing is ok

The service staff although did not do their work properly, they were friendly.

The place was not clean. We had to request room service to come just to get basic things like towels, bed changed, etc. When they came, they removed towels from room and did not replace, did not clean table surfaces like requested. Unfortunately the cleaning was not done properly. When we requested the wifi password they gave us one but said it only works in the reception area. This makes no sense for a big hotel to have only wifi in the reception only and not in the rooms. We woke up one day on the electricity and water turned off and when we called we were not given a reason why. It was super HOT and we have a baby. There was also a lot of mosquitoes in the room. We woke up constantly with my son’s skin all covered in mosquito bites. When asked what they can do to help, they sent a staff to spray bug spray while my child was asleep. They refused to do it when we were leaving the room. On the pool, there are NO towels and we were not previously told this when we check in. So, we had to walk to our hotel room with a wet baby to wash off. The bathrooms near the beach do not lock (no privacy AT ALL) and there was no shower to wash off the sand. The beach was very dirty and rocky; so we had no time or way to swim. Check out took a VERY long time over unnecessary things. We almost missed our ride.

The air conditioning was working which made the heat bearable Pools were nice Staff was nice

No towels, we only had 4 and we were 5 persons Nobody asked to change them again, keep in mind we were there for 8 days Door card keys kept on resetting so could not access the property twice Electricity kept on going off and had to call reception multiple times Had the check in at 23:00, arrived late by about 30 minutes and kept on arguing about the price, originally supposed to pay 557$ ended up paying 660$( additional taxes for electricity, town tax and other taxes?) on top of that i was required to pay 1 night deposit which I ended up not paying after i told them i will leave if we were not able to get to a agreement. No Wi-fi anywhere else but the reception so keep that in mind

Отель классный, везде все чистенько, уютно, полотенца и постель чистое все. Приветливый персонал, что нужно можно заказать в номер , в общем, советую! Снимал для своей семьи, всем понравилось. 4 бассейна, море рядом, есть ресторан, завтрак вообще классный, свежие фрукты, салаты и.т.д.

На букинге укзано 6000 было, по факту пришлось доплатить еще 1200 фунтов. И плюс задаток еще +2000 egp
