Great View Nice atmosphere

Our bedroom has a weird smell and the air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep in the living room. Although the restaurant had a nice setting, it was really poor and the food quality wasn't as expected. Also the staff kept asking about our names every time we go in there to have our meal which was annoying. They were really awkwardly staring at the guests while they're eating.

Franchement l’établissement était très sale, il n’y a que des odeurs d’évacuation dans la chambre coupure d’électricité, coupure d’eau serviette salle aucun nettoyage a été fait dans la chambre pendant une semaine et quand on demande de nettoyer la chambre ça nous dit que ça arrive, mais ça n’arrive jamais Sur le site il y a écrit qu’il y a de la wi-fi alors qu’il n’y en a pas dans la chambre, j’ai passé un séjour très désagréable, je ne recommande pas du tout contrairement aux deux autres hôtels que j’ai pu faire sur Hurghada .

المسافه من مكان الاقامة للشاطئ بعيده جداً والموقع بعيد جداً عن وسط المدينة . أسوا شاطئ بالغردقة ،،

It was peaceful and comfortable to stay in this hotel. I loved how they had 4 swimming pools, the sea next to the hotel, and the staff were so friendly. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast was okay.

First, the hotel doesn't provide you with a wifi; you are told the wifi only works in the lobby, and then as days pass, you are given wifi that works everywhere in the hotel. I didn't like that, as nowadays you can't carry on without wifi, as everything is online, which made it difficult to book activities to do in Hurghada. There are no restaurants or takeaways near the hotel you have to walk 40 minutes to 50 minutes to find a few shops. You have a small shop in the hotel, and you can buy lunch or dinner from the hotel-Arena, or go all-inclusive on food.
