Great hotel - modern with awesome service Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel for 5 nights. There are a couple of poor reviews, but definitely not my experience Room - large, modern and quiet - clean, everything worked - no issues whatsoever Hotel facilities - great bar area, outside seating area and pool (didn’t get time to use, but area clean and modern) - small shop to buy snacks open 24 hrs Breakfast - great breakfast - and service from the team - special mention to Michael, who was great Location - easy access to North Scottsdale, its airports and local businesses, quite quiet around hotel (no major shops or restaurants) - fast service from Ubers (but slightly outside Waymo area) All in a great stay All in

I liked everything

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The rooms were dirty and had a strong sewage smell. I switched rooms hoping it was just an isolated issue, but the second room was just as bad. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s response. No one seemed to care, and they were unable or unwilling to properly accommodate the situation. The supervisor was even less helpful, which only reinforced the impression that there is a serious lack of leadership at this property. That poor leadership clearly trickles down through the staff. For the price, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. It is overpriced and, in my opinion, a 2-star hotel at best.
