Clean and the room it’s spacious

When i came in reception refuse to find someone gelp me in laggage it was raining that day and i have 3 big bags i told i can’t by my self he said no with bad emotion in he’s face all my laggage i take it alone it was too much heavy he look at me and don’t want to help and when i leave i vall reception she said yes we have someone to help you but that man in reception dasn’t liked he. ‘ s way to talk with me

Location and quality of rooms

The front desk doesn’t know what they are doing. They double charge me multiple times for parking. It’s horrible having to dispute all of these charges.
