The hotel was great, we were a large group of 11 people and ended up having most of the hotel/house to ourselves. The rooms and kitchen/lobby was very spacious and modern. No issues with electricity or WiFi. The view of Muzzafrabad at the top of the hotel was amazing, definitely would recommend people spending an evening at the top.

The hotel is not easy to find as it is down a side street off the main road. Google maps takes you to the point where you need to be, but you then need walk down to the hotel which is not obvious. I would recommend calling the hotel before you you get there, so they can direct you into the hotel. No issue but a little confusing. Additionally, breakfast and evening meal was not part of the booking but it was very expensive, almost as expensive as our entire nights stay. However, the breakfast was AMAZING, home cooked food was some of the best food we had but it was not cheap. Just something to watch out for. We had to leave early and the owner made us full platter breakfast at 5am; so huge compliment to the host.

It was really clean.. Very well maintained. The owner was very cooperative and responsible. Makes himself available whenever you contact him. It was comfortable and peaceful place.

it was really nice place. Just to say that they don't have extensions installed in rooms or proper reception but owner himself makes sure to respond whenever you contact him and extend all possible support.

Place was really neat and clean. The perception that one gets from online pictures, meets the reality. Cherry on the top; the owner of the property (Mr Ahmed) was very courteous and forthcoming.

Wall clocks in the rooms may be placed. Television in the common area was a vintage model; may be replaced with an LED Smart TV.

I really loved everything about this place. The location was really beautiful and peaceful, it feels like you're disconnected from the entire world and living your own life in a beautiful heavenly body. The view from the property was charming. The staff was very friendly and the Host was an amazing person. I will definitely come here again for a stay!

Very Good place. Beautiful location. I really enjoyed my stay here. The Family was also very kind and the host was an amazing person. I came for a short duration but am looking forward to coming again. Would Recomend 10/10
