This is situated at odd location where even google cant take you with no board on place and it is in the home with faimly living at 1st floor how a person with fainly will trust to go at someone home like this booking.con must look into this before rating such places

Everything was exceptional, from the location, to the most incredible views from the roof terrace, home made food and finally the owner Ahmed who genuinely cares about his guests and knows how to create a memorable guest experience. He also did a bbq dinner for me which made my stay even more memorable. Thank you Ahmed, you are a true host with a big heart. I look forward to return and to resume my travels in Kashmir soon. Next time I will be booking the deluxe room (which was unfortunately occupied) which has the most incredible views and a private terrace. Thanks Ahmed and your team for the finest Kashmiri Hospitality.
