Hotel Of Wizardry

We weren’t expecting Breakfast to be available! However, there was a real wizard in the kitchen who served us with a magical breakfast including a cauldron of golden beans! Kerry the witch went above and beyond to make our stay extra magical, and catered for our every need! A short break the kids will never forget! So much more than we expected! They even provided arts and crafts in the afternoon, and a glittering dinner for the kids! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who We could have happily stayed all year!

The features in the hotel where good however it needed a good clean

It was unclean, we got there and had to call for us to be able to get into the hotel, we had to call someone and wait outside in the cold for someone to open the hotel up. We then got into our room which had a strong damp smell, the toilet had poo in it and was stained, the shower was dirty with body hair in it, the bed was rock hard and smelt musty, the kettle was full of limescale, the whole place looked dirty, there was a door into our hotel room which couldn’t be locked anyone could get into our room. We also had no way to be able to dry our hands apart from using the tiny bath towels which were provided. I wouldn’t have trusted the food due to how unclean the whole place came across. The room was so dusty it was terrible, there was a good size rooms how we didn’t feel comfortable at all in the hotel. The host was nice however came into our room and we felt uncomfortable with that and how they came across of constantly wanting to talk. And the cost was way to much for the room and it didn’t include food ( even though we wouldn’t have trusted the food ) The facilities in the room included tiny cups and didnt come with spoons we gave the cups and very good clean before using as they looked like they had been there for a while

It started off walking through the portal into our temporary accomodation.. we had the dragon suite it was perfect for us, everyone loved the vibe plenty of fun pictures around and secret doors.. that was the main thing for me our children felt at ease.. breakfast was fun too.. really top notch..

I had biscuits go missing my daughter's told me a goblin took them..

We’ve never stayed in a themed hotel before it was incredibly unique. It was very close to the seafront. The kids loved it especially when the wizard came out to see us at breakfast.

The mattress in the double room could do with replacing, it was quite lumpy. The toilet also was very stained and could do with a deep clean.
