Me encantó el alojamiento, se veía tan nuevo, limpio y con buen gusto. Tiene todo lo necesario. Además Pedro ha sido encantador en todo momento. Cerca de lugares bonitos para caminar y comer.

Pleasent, helpful and courteous welcome

Très bel hébergement, situé au centre d'Aveiro, avec sur le canal. Pour 2, un studio avec lit double très confortable, salle d'eau (douche, lavabo, wc), et une cuisine complète très bien équipée. Logement neuf. Excellent accueil des propriétaires (ce n'est pas un hôtel). 2ème sans ascenseur.

The welcoming staff were superb. Check-in was easy and quick. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our four day stay. The location was amazing. Close to everything. Walk out the door, cross the street , and you're in the middle of town! You'd never know you're so close to everything because the rooms themselves are so quiet. Plenty of nearby restaurants from which to select.

Pedro was a great host. His unit was modern, clean and was well thought out. Pedro was very helpful and accessible. I would highly recommend the Ria property.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia, visitamos quase tudo que tinhamos planejados e gostamos muito da cidade e do hotel.
