RIA Centrum was an unbelievable stay. Pedro and his team went above and beyond to give you the comforts of home. The state of the art room is perfect and close to everything. There’s no better place to stay in Aveiro!

We just stayed at Ria Centrum Smart Residence for a few nights and if I were to summarize in one word, it would be AMAZING. Pedro, the host was very kind and helpful, he even came downstairs when we arrived, to help with the suitcases. The studio was spotless, and very modern. Pedro welcomed us with a bottle of local wine, we also had coffee and tea. Pedro helped with booking a driver to take us to some points of interest outside of the city. He gave us some suggestions as we like to go off the beaten path. The location of the residence is perfect. You are in the middle of everything, by the canals where you can take the gondolas. There is also a very nice shopping centre, Forum just across the street, Everything of interest is within 5 minutes walk. The building is newly renovated, very chic and modern. I do not have enough words to express what a wonderful host Pedro is. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying at Ria Centrum when in Aveiro and I will be back for sure.

Lugar incrivel em todos os sentidos. Excelente localização, tudo muito novo, funcional e aprazível. Fomos recebidos pelo incomparável casal Pedro e Cláudia que nos tratou maravilhosamente bem e deu informações preciosas sobre Aveiro. O ambiente é familiar, moderno e atraente. Enfim, uma das melhores hospedagens em que ficamos. Quem optar pelo Ria Centrum Smart Residence náo vai se arrependerá. Fiquem ao menos uns 5 dias em Aveiro para desfrutar de tudo que a cidade oferece.

Un studio magnifique, full, tout est neuf, Emplacement au couer de Aveiro dans une rue piétonne ( pas de bruit de voiture) , merci à Claudia et Pedro pour leur gentillesse et conseil , propriétaire à l écoute à n importe quelle heure et très professionnel.. merci encore pour avoir rendu cette vacance sublime. On s en va avec les larmes aux yeux aussi merci à vous .. j espère de retourner un jour vous revisiter … merci et à bientôt . Beijinhos de nouveau marié Ivan et Amandine

I was very impressed at how modern and complete this place was. Every attention to detail was paid and the room was spotless. Pedro the host was very attentive and communicative. I would certainly stay again and would definitely refer to anyone wanting to visit Aveiro. Well done!

The location is walking distance to many restaurants and the canal. The space itself was clean and very spacious with all the necessary amenities. Pedro was very accommodating and very responsive! I would definitely recommend booking.

Departamento ideal, nuevo, impecable, bello, mejor ubicación imposible, frente al mall, al lado del canal donde pasan los moliceiros, a una cuadra del centro histórico. Imposible mejor ! Pedro un encanto, volveré y los recomendaré :)
