Too many emails, texts to confirm reservation. Requesting too much personal info. Don’t need to know home address.
USThe layout of the room and amenities were superb. So clean and it felt like home away from home.
I think the instructions for the code/entry could be better explained. Example: for the parking garage you will see two key pads, put room number in this one, and this code in the other. Once inside the facility you will need jst this code for the door out of garage, the elevator, to move between floors and for access to your room....something like this. When traveling long days, and getting into a new city, new hotel....everything should be overly simplified for ease.
