USThe location of the property was great! I always stay here when I'm visiting in Hamilton and will continue to do so. The rooms are spacious and well designed. the checkin process is easy and efficient. Overall I do recommend this hotel.
The toilet in my room did not work. I had to switch rooms mid-morning. Sadly the 26th is not a holiday in the States, and the trouble of finding a working restroom and transitioning to a new suite required me to reschedule a few important calls. I reached out to see if my second night could be discounted for my trouble and my message was ignored.
CAThe hotel is in a great location, surrounded by restaurants, with a nice small grocery store just around the corner. It provides underground parking which is much appreciated, though expensive. Our room was advertised as having two bedrooms, which it had. However the bed in the second bedroom was very narrow and very uncomfortable. The mattress on the daybed was very hard. A proper single bed would easily fit in that room. They need to put something comfortable to sleep on there. They allow pets but charged us a $100 extra cleaning fee. We have a lot of experience travelling with our dog. That cleaning fee is very high in our experience and not advertised in advance of check in. I am 74 years old and not a very accomplished user of my cell phone. The entire registration and check in process is conducted remotely, only via cell phone - not a human to be seen or heard. I have used several hotels in that area of Hamilton recently. I am there for a day or two almost weekly. This place is at the bottom of my list of hotels that I would use in downtown Hamilton. Buyer beware!

CAI love the uniqueness of the property and how clean it was. Had everything we needed and a great Resturant on the main floor
I hated the check in process it was complicated and there was no staff. $250 for deposit which I still haven’t seen yet.
